The e visa application fee and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if your Uganda e visa application is refused
The approval or rejection of an e visa is solely at the discretion of the Uganda immigration authorities. Processing times may vary and are beyond our control
In some cases, prior appointment bookings may be required. The immigration department may also take longer than expected to process applications
If required, the immigration department or Smart Travel may request further supporting documents
E Visa applications will be processed only after submission of all required documents and completion of the payment
A tourist, business, or visit visa does not permit employment in Uganda
